Do I need to bring an ID or deposit?

Yes. We hold a valid passport or national ID as a security deposit for the duration of your rental. It is returned immediately when you bring the bike back.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Absolutely. You can cancel or reschedule your rental free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Same-day changes are possible if we have availability.

What happens if it rains?

Madrid is sunny most of the year, but if it does rain, you can reschedule for free or request a partial refund. We also sell affordable rain ponchos in the shop.

How far can an e-bike go on one charge?

Our e-bikes typically cover 50–70 km on a full charge, which is more than enough for a day of exploring Madrid and even a trip to Casa de Campo or the river path.

Are the bikes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Madrid is very flat and has excellent bike lanes. Our city bikes are easy to ride, and our team gives a quick briefing before you set off.

Can I rent for multiple days?

Yes. We offer discounted daily rates for rentals of 2 days or more. You can store the bike overnight at your accommodation — just bring it back by closing time on the final day.
